What is the free AI audit?
A no-obligation conversation and review of your workflows. We identify a short list of practical automation opportunities — typically the highest-leverage ones for the next 90 days — and explain what building them would involve.
Where do you work?
We are based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and work with small businesses across Atlantic Canada and Canada. Remote collaboration is normal for most engagements.
What tools do you use?
Common stacks include n8n, Zapier, and Make for automation; LLM-backed assistants for customer-facing and internal workflows; and integrations with the CRMs, calendars, and messaging tools you already use. We recommend tools that fit your stack — not a single locked platform.
How long does a project take?
Timelines depend on scope, data readiness, and integrations. We scope for speed with phased go-lives: start with a clear first slice, then expand. We do not promise a fixed calendar date until requirements and access are agreed.
How does pricing work?
Engagements are typically phased (discovery / build / optimize) and may include ongoing support or subscription-style retainers for managed systems. Exact pricing depends on scope — we share that after the audit, not as a one-size number on the website.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. We design for no lock-in: you own your prompts, workflows, accounts, and data. If we operate systems for you, access and documentation stay with your business.
Will an AI assistant replace my team?
No. Assistants handle routine inbound and repeatable tasks; complex or sensitive cases escalate to humans. The goal is leverage for your people — not replacing judgment.
